Fairmont / Deluxe Room: $189.00 Fairmont Gold: $359.00
Rate based on single or double occupancy and does not include any meals. Room type is on a request basis and subject to availability. Group Rates will apply 3 days prior and 3 days after the main Conference Dates, subject to availability.
Add to the Room Rate: Government Occupancy tax of 7.25%, Resort Levy of $9.00 per person per day, and gratuities totaling $10.00 per person per day for Fairmont or Deluxe Room, $12.00 for Fairmont Gold. Gratuities are charged for adults and children of any age and are mandatory as contracted with the Bermuda Industrial Union. Taxes, gratuities and resort levy are subject to change.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is Noon.
Hotel policy permits only (4) persons per room. A per person charge of $30.00 for Fairmont / Deluxe and $60.00 for Fairmont Gold will apply to any third and fourth guest over 18 years of age.
The hotel must receive all room reservations by September 30, 2008. Reservations received after this date will be confirmed on a space and rate availability basis.
